KZN Region seeks participants for a 12-month Unemployed Learnership as Trainee Financial Advisers at Absa, based in Umhlanga. Candidates must have a completed Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law and are encouraged to help clients achieve financial goals. The program focuses on skill development, applying learning in a workplace setting, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Key duties include customer support, administration, sales targets, and maintaining confidentiality. Preference is given to candidates holding FSCA-approved qualifications and the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives
• Attend and engage in all training interventions as agreed
• Provide assistance to customers and your team to ensure ongoing performance
• Complete all required administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting
• Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting required
• National Senior Certificate is required
